As Bobbin had begun to chase, a cry of pain diverted his attention. Were the bear able to speak, it may have uttered a phrase to turn the air blue. This is why the kenku worked alone, so he wasn't held back by weaker allies. But then again, having allies can be useful. This ambush would have gone south much worse had Bobbin been by himself. A retreat... for now. Bobbin turned towards his fallen comrade. The bear's great paw reached out to the caster who called himself Jacoby, and as he reached out, the bear shape faded away, leaving the kindly kenku. [color=fff200][b]"Hey, Mister,"[/b][/color] came the timid voice of a young girl. [color=fff200][b]"You don't look so good."[/b][/color] Regrettably, the spells that Bobbin had prepared today did not include the healing his mind searched for. The Jacoby would have to wait a moment... hopefully he would survive. Instead, Bobbin turned toward the bandit that had struck his ally down. A gout of flame shot towards the bandit, encompassing him for a moment. The timing on his next move would be critical... and hopefully not suicidal. [Hider=Mechanics] I'm not sure how far Bobbin has to move, but he wants to get semi close to Jacoby' attacker (within 30 ft), but out of melee range of any targets. Bobbin has 40 ft of movement to expend. He uses a bonus action to drop Wild Shape. Sadly, my healing spells are Healing Word (bonus action) and Goodberry (which would take two actions), so Bobbin cannot heal Jacoby this round. Instead, he uses his action to cast Produce Flame on the bandit who downed Jacoby, rolling a [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/rolls/6535][color=fff200][b]17[/b][/color][/url] to hit for [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/rolls/6536][color=fff200][b]3[/b][/color][/url] fire damage. As Bobbin is a tad low in HP, he will use the last of his movement to get outside of 30 ft from as many enemies as possible. Current HP: 9/18.[/hider]
