[indent]Density Manipulation - With Jake's control over density he can raise or lower the density of himself or anything he touches. This means he can make things to where they can be almost completely intangible or make something so dense it is almost impenetrable. However, once losing contact with an object it returns to its normal density or when he is knocked out he returns to his normal density. [indent][list][*]The event that caused his powers to surface didn't give powers to him alone, think the Static Shock cartoon where a lot of people gained powers. The specific event was a chemical plant exploding sending an unknown shock wave that affected mostly teenagers.
[*]Jake and his ex-best friend, Emmanuel, basically started a war in the city among the metas and ended in the discovery of who caused the shock wave. It was caused by Jake's dad who was a scientist that was fired by NASA for his experiments.
[*]After all the events that happened after the shock wave, about a year and a half, Jake 'swore off' using his powers and decided he wanted to become a cop. (Basically, his friends convince him to do this.)[/list][/indent][/hider][/indent]
