While Quinn was in work mode, she often fought outside thoughts. However, this was different. The bones themselves were your standard fare that she saw on a regular basis. The bones were dark, most likely burned. Considering this was all that was left of the person, it was probably a safe bet fire was used to either kill or to hide.

However, what struck Quinn the most was the skull. It was cut open at the top. Looking at it brought a weird sense of deja vu she didn't catch it at first. Once she remembered, she let out a small gasp. It had been similar to her nightmare before. She was almost terrified to see what the dental records would show. Surely it wasn't the same person. Could it be another victim? Would they be dealing with a serial killer?

Before she would let her thoughts race any more, she would wait for Ryan to come back with the results. In the meantime, she would process the bones like she did normally.
