I know I originally said I was going do a glaz with pulse assets character but then I remembered Valkyrie had those cameras and caveria (nights misspelled her name) has that stealth so major attribute fusion time!! 

Name: Misty "Shadow" Smith

Appearance: short black hair half shaved on right side, hazel brown eyes, pale skin
Skills: Misty is extremely stealthy and extremely fast especially if she is checking cameras and spots someone coming her way. She also has super quick reflexes which help her get the jump on someone
Special Skill: She tweaked her cameras to send off electric shocks (not unlike twitch drones actually except with cameras) and if she spots someone on the cameras she can send an electric shock towards them
BIO: When she was little she lost her parents which got her put into foster care. She always tweaked with things sometimes for the better or worse. When in her teenage years she tweaked with cameras at a gas station and occasionally check in on it. She one day was checking on the tweaked cameras and say a robbery happening. She called the cops telling the location and they told her when she was old enough with her skills in electronics she could join the army. Even a small bit of tinkering later adding in the electric shocks to the cameras she tweaked she herself stopped another robbery at the same gas station.
