There are a few places on the map where I would allow it. But know that I fully expect you to actually run the nation then with all that it entails. Dealing with threats both internal and external.

Send me a PM with a more concrete idea and we can talk it out there.

I'll get to work on the start of the RP since we've got enough characters to start it up.
For those that are still working on characters; don't worry. The RP is set up that people can join in whenever. It'll take me a little while, prolly get it up by the end of the weekend, anyway before it gets rolling.
