Ring City is one of the more advanced and popular places in the country, attracting all sorts of attention, whether they be desired or otherwise. As with most cities in Ethon, Ring City has garnered it's fair share of criminal activity, whether they be petty thieves or ruthless mob bosses. That being said, welcome to Ring City!"

In this universe you can do almost anything you want. Want to be a noble hero who makes it their mission to get rid of crime and keep Ring City clean? You can! Feel like playing the role of a dastardly villain who will abuse the city to get want he wants? Go ahead! Use your imagination and make up your own story. Go crazy, but not too crazy.

[*] GM has final say in any matter. If you wish to discuss anything, don't be afraid to.

[*] Don't make a fuss and start arguing in OOC. If there is something wrong, message the GM or Co-GMs and we will deal with the issue.

[*] Try to be active. If you're going on a hiatus for whatever reason, tell us beforehand. Don't disappear without notifying anyone.

[*] There is no posting order in place, but make sure you let other people respond.

[b]Age:[/b] How old is your character? Any age is allowed.

[b]Gender:[/b] Pretty straightforward.

[b]Species:[/b] What kind of race is your character? Get creative.

[b]Appearance:[/b] Describe what your character looks like. Include height and weight. Pictures are fine if you prefer it that way.

[b]Personality:[/b] What is your character like? How do they usually act? Describe that here. 

[b]Power:[/b] Describe your character’s power here. Make sure to include limitations. Doesn’t need to be filled out if your character hasn’t acquired powers.

[b]Likes:[/b] List anything your character enjoys and has an interest in.

[b]Dislikes:[/b] Anything that your character despises.

[b]Skills:[/b] Anything non-power related that your character is good at.
