Oh I don't know?  Maybe because that was how she [i]launched her career[/i] and did not garner as much attention back then?  Once someone becomes well known then people tend to pay a lot more attention to what they do.  Well let's face it, I can't peer into minds and find out the exact reasons why they did it but the methods they went about it doing it seem suspect.
