Let me know if I need to change anything, or overlooked/misunderstood any details! I assumed you intended for the older couple and pair of teens to look related. I don't write for others' important-sounding NPCs, but the simple passing mention of everyone in the waiting room made them seem "safe" to add the reactions to, like they're more fillers or extras than characters that you need.
