[@Ashevelendar] Great question! Tech level will be SLIGHTLY advanced but nothing too crazy. People living in the richer areas will have a bit more tech than say the people in the slums but there will be some all around advances. One of the big ones is that everyone will have a tattoo/brand of sorts on either their left or right wrist. This brand will be your ID card, as well as banking. This code will be scanned at important entry points, and be used as sort of a credit card. 

Some prosthetic advances- but probably no complete androids. Closer to our times, but not exactly. Hopefully that gives an idea.  [/i]
