He handed in his registration packet to the lady at the desk, watching suspiciously as a girl strolled off with a very oversized dog at her side. It was just so odd. The way that everyone was so mixed together, he hadn't even met a werewolf before but now there was one right before him. She moved with purpose, speaking softly to her canine. He assumed it must be talking back to her, or else she had some screws loose. Either way, it was odd. He followed her into the auditorium, listening as the pair began to speak. A handsome older man with ice blue eyes stood alongside a woman with dark hair, they both introduced the teachers that he would soon have to deal with. The woman seemed angry, as if today wasn't quite going her way but maybe that was just her natural demeanor. The man seemed more easy-going but he spoke with authority. He didn't seem like someone he would want to challenge. He listened carefully, mostly interested in the prospect of classes that weren't like his usual classes. School got boring. He quickly got tired of it, he was smart but so easily bored. He was thankful for the prospect of classes to help him with his vampirism, it had been such an overwhelming change. The fact that he was going to finally be showed the ropes by someone with experience was comforting. By the time they closed their small speech up, he was at a loss for what to do or where to go. He didn't like that he didn't know anyone here, the idea of being surrounded in so many strangers was so sgradevole. He wondered who his new roommate was and if they would be completely insufferable, the idea of rooming with someone that he couldn't stand was a frightening prospect. He had very little patience with people as it was. The room started to clear out quickly as students headed to their new dorms. He trailed after the crowd, using them for guidance to find his way through. He'd scrawled the number of his dorm onto the back of his hand, the numbers stood bold and dark on his pale skin. He only spared it one glance when he found the door, just to be sure. He opened it carefully and stepped inside, taking in the sight of the new room and setting down his bag. It was nice, comfortable, and peaceful. He wondered if that would change when his roommate showed up.
