It is a rather powerful artefact in its own right. Rtron mentioned it giving the wielder the power of a war god. Now, there wasn't really any Might explicitly spent on it, so I can't say it would stand up against any gods properly, but I imagine it would present a demigod a rather notable danger.

As for Aeramen, he's very anti-chaos, but he's not completely unreasonable these days. If you're not acting very chaotic and destructive, chances are he'd just pontificate and scowl at you. I'll leave the exact behaviour in your hands. Just go off how he's previously acted, layered with the advice Conata gave.
