I...don't remember there being only half a sword at any point. You might be thinking of the rest of Kyre's body being chopped up and sent to various places. Ask Rtron or search the posts for the full details.

No, he didn't. He's still the megabuff [s]beef[/s]METALcake man-shape he took when Conata smelted him. He probably would have taken on a better body than pure silicon metal, though. Probably some various alloys around his body.

The rest of his djinn are all roughly Conata-shaped.
