George woke up from his deep sleep with a start.  He looked around for a while before finally rising from his bed.  After he had done so he got himself his breakfast and sat at his table eating it tiredly.  After a few moments he sat up with a start, all tiredness leaving his system.

[color=8B4513]"I forgot about the new years party!"[/color] he thought to himself, [color=8B4513]"man the mayor's gonna kill me!"[/color]

After he shoved the rest of his breakfast down he rushed to the mayor's house without even attending to any of his chores around the farm.  When he got there he gave a loud rap on the door.
