I too must make a confession.

When I was 7 years old I went to a petting zoo and they had a giraffe there. You could feed the giraffe little bundles of hay or alfalfa or whatever. Giraffes have a long tongue and this giraffe used his tongue to grab the hay. I put the hay in one hand and let the giraffe grab it with his tongue. Then, with my other hand, I grabbed the giraffe's outstreched tongue really fast because I wanted to see what it felt like. The giraffe suddenly jerked and sort of bucked away. The animal handler saw that and got mad and took away the rest of my hay. I cried for a good hour or two about it.
