That's really a judgement call depending on the GM. It mostly has to do with post length and quality of writing. (Good spelling, grammar, effort, etc.) Casual ranges anywhere from 1 - 3 paragraphs upwards for posts, Advanced is usually more. (With more expectations in terms of effort/spelling/grammar correctness.) There are a lot of shades of grey such as some RP's being considered 'high casual', of course, so you really just have to read the brief and see what the GM has in mind.
