I've been thinking. We don't necessarily need a fourth person. Three (plus me) can work just as well. Here's how it would work...

We would simply have three groups of two, a buddy system where one Earth person is paired up with one trainer from the Pokemon universe. With 'A', 'B', and 'C' representing each one of you, it would go like this. 
Earthling 'A' partners with Poke Trainer 'B'
Earthling 'B' partners with Poke Trainer 'C'
Earthling 'C' partners with Poke Trainer 'A'

With this formula, you will all be able to RP together, and we'll have three different plot lines moving at all times. This also works, because it doesn't seem like any of your Pokemon Universe Characters would be a stand alone villain. 

So like this, it would be my job to keep the bad guys and challenges coming. 

How does this sound to the three of you?

I mean, why would the characters necessarily need to be villains? Perhaps they've little desire to deal with the rest of the people.
