[@Sirkaithethird] I'd like to see a bit more added to your personality. As for history and navy background, that's fine by me but to accomodate your position and family influenxe/connections can I ask that you serve the Dockmans legion located on Karaz Kharagul. It's the most likely to have the ability to waste a ship.

I leave anything i missed to Ookawa or Ursa. 

Your pistol will also need to be dialed down to a regular flintlock for the moment. I removed a similar weapon from another cs earlier since I felt they didn't fit quite yet. 

[@AtomicNut] This is such a conflicting issue for me. On the one hand you paint a picture of a godly being denied its heritage and in doing so habe captured the spirit of it all perfectly. On the other hand the dragon Nidhogg is so overused it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. 
A very problematic aspect of your cs is the fire magic. As a dragon it would stand to reason you'd have great affinity but the unearthly magic of the waters has weakened fire magic to a point of near uselessness. If you're willing to agree that while your magic is strong but often still unreliable, I'll agree to that part. 

I'd like to add Hellfire cape as another part of the dangerous black reef, a dangerous and vast part of the sea harboring many great dangers. Hope that would be ok.

Not 100% on keeping the dragon race entirely but.. against better judgement I'll allow it. 
I'd also like you to add how you joined up with Great Aquarius.
