Ferrin first went below to stake out a cabin for himself. He chose a small one, and after checking the inside, he shut the door and locked it with a spell. Then he pulled out a light pen and wrote in silver letters: M.F.A., although he hesitated to include the 'M'. He then proceeded to cast a weak ward that would deliver a small shock to whoever grabbed the handle. Nothing more than a strong static shock, but it had multiple charges. He stood back and admired his handiwork. My room. He thought with a satisfied nod. Room claimed, he walked back out on deck. Outside, he breathed deep, enjoying the salty air and the gentle rocking of the ship beneath his feet. Motion sickness had never been an issue for him, at least at reasonable speeds. However, it seemed not everyone was lucky enough to have this trait. Ferrin noticed one such poor sap at the railings, looking a bit green in the gills. He (she?) was a guildmate, Ferrin had seen them around but never talked. Not one to miss out on a perfectly good opportunity, Ferrin sauntered up to the lad (lass?) and made a show of searching the water below. "Looking for your lunch? By the look of you, it is long gone by now." He quipped with a cheeky grin plastered across his face and humour dancing his his golden eyes. [@Silver Fox]
