Hmm. Then, maybe, put a difference in speed between the Horse Form and Humanoid Form? Horses can go so fast mainly because they have four legs, so perhaps the Humanoid Form would still be able to go fast, but not as fast as the Horse Form? Something like 15mph for Humanoid and 20mph for Horse?
