[indent] Max Walker is ex-Marine turned security after an accident lead to the lose of her lower right arm. When she lost her arm it was an uphill battle for her, she fought through a lot of dark times but eventually came out on top. She then proceeded to do loads of research into prosthetics and bionic prosthetics eventually buying herself a bionic arm. Upon finding a job offering to work with marine animals even if it was just through the security of the facility, she quickly took the job. It fit into her love of water, protecting others, and animals perfectly. She also would be able to offer some assistance when it came to prosthetics for animals as she had knowledge about prosthetics that others wouldn't that came from just living with one that could prove useful.

[indent] Max still struggles with the loss of her arm from time to time, sometimes experiencing phantom limb pains along with just PTSD from her time in the military along with the more severe PTSD from the event. The event that caused the loss of her arm is a subject she refuses to talk about and gets very cold and shielded if brought up. Due to her severe PTSD she does have a service dog, she also trained the dog to be an attack dog if need be due to her line of work since it is always with her. Due to being ex-military and an ex-marine, Max has many survival skills and is trained in combat. She is able to operate boats and is pretty well versed in the layout of the island. She almost always has a small knife hidden on her person and depending if she is going into deeper parts of the island that day, will carry a machete strapped to her hip. Occasionally, although rarely, she will have her small hand gun on her. Typically that is kept in a safe in her room. The key hanging on the chain with her dogtags around her neck.
