~Ceri~

Ceri listened intently to Mayor Tompkins as she hurried down the road, following Illedrith and the others. So the town hadn't been attacked yet? That was...odd. If it was an irate dragon why wouldn't it just burn the town down? It wouldn't be like anyone could stop it. The people on the outskirts of town seemed to be the ones to see it most often. Something smelled funny here already, but she couldn't exactly put her finger on what - and she was a little afraid to voice her opinion on the matter. What the mayor said next though, confirmed that voicing her opinion right then would be silly. Eaten everything with four legs? Broken doors? And taken every shiny object? That was just like a dragon, wasn't it? She pulled the hem of her hood over her head, frowning. If it was a dragon, it was being awfully stealthy about this - and Ceri was of the firm belief that the only stealthy things were just afraid of being seen from personal experiences. This wasn't making any sense at all. It acted like a dragon in many ways, but didn't in others. Once inside the building, Ceri wiped her feet and followed the mayor up where he finished his last explanation of the matter. Really, what could she do here?
