By the time you are reading this, I am probably died or am just too bad at hiding this letter. Nevertheless, you had found this and reading this, despite my warning to “ONLY OPEN THIS IN DIRE TIME."Really, you never heard my warning, did you? 

Well, before you are going to roll my eyes and continue to ignore my warning about not reading this letter unless in a dire situation, let's us continue. I hope you are going to remember this. 

I killed people. 

From old men and women to children, I killed them all. For a price of course. But yes, I do kill them. 

Remember Tam, the neighbor’s child that you always play with when you were a kid? Remember when you come over and they were no longer there? I killed them. His parents were the rioters. They provoked the people in the neighborhood and are in a cult of some sort. They worshipped the enemies gods and are in with the enemies. They could not be forgiven. 

But the child is complete innocence. From head to toes, Tam did not know anything about his parents involved. He was just another normal child like any other child. And I killed him. 

I could still remember the day I killed his family. It was on Monday; just 12 minutes after you had left the house and headed straight to school. The bus would pick you up and carry you far away from the noise of the gunshots. The silencer would decrease the gunshot but not enough. So I had done all I could to hide this truth from you. I killed and torture his parents for the documentaries, in order to gain the information that is a matter for our nation. I bargained. I tortured. I threaten. 

And in their dreadful eyes, I killed their son right in front of them. I could still fill the warm liquid flowing down on my hand as I blasted his skull off. I could still hear his sudden stop of breath, of his exhaled lung and never inhaled breath. 

Well, enough chit-chat. I killed them, Tam's family. Their whole ancestors, cousins, friends. All of those that are related to the enemies, directly or indirectly, had now been under hell and pay their tribute of ill words and curses to my hand and the gun that I held. 
You may judge me. You may be ashamed because of me. You may curse me for those that I had killed. The only one thing I would ask is "Are you satisfied with the answer, my son?" I still remembered the day when you asked straight in my face "What did you do for a living?"

The citizens will be given an Economic Identity Details (EID) when they want to transfer or borrowing the money. This is used to store all of their histories that related to their spending.
