Goblin Gird
Training with Goblin Zats >>> Heading out to find some fiends /// Day 4 // Morning Gird smiled at the two of them, “don’t worry friend we are brothers, not enemy’s, not rivals. We survive together or die alone. I'm sure she will understand.” Neither of these two seemed too confident nor outspoken but seemed able enough. He could only hope that they shared his view of the clan and where they stood with him. But alas, the hour had grown late as the other goblins bedded down to rest and sleep. The thoughts and events of the day began to run through his head while he found a nice quiet place without too many around. Although tired his thoughts eventually drifted back to what the elder had said earlier about the beasts of this land and eventually gods. For a little while he pondered what it would mean to pray to one of them before deciding at the very least it could be used as a morale boost if anything. Something to remind him of how small he was, how far he still needed to go, to stay humble, and to help remind him of why he fights for the others. So the young goblin whispered as he lay in the darkness, “to the Goddess Shirila, im honestly not entirely sure if you can hear my prayer or if you would even bother with someone like me. But I was told you give life to this forest and in turn myself. For this I will respect this place I will try my best to keep a balance between life and death and do so with out cruelty. All I ask for in return is for the ability to protect my brothers and sisters. I ask that you may see us as worthy of your grace and protection so that we may protect you and your forest.” Gird wasn’t expecting anything he only hoped it would help. Feeling the weight of his bruised and beaten body the goblin soon gave in to darkness and fell asleep. ------------------------------------->> Day 4 <<---------------------------- Gird took his time getting up in the morning. His body still stiff from the day before, the goblin slowly made his way to the mouth of the cave to stretch watching another goblin get an early start as he stretched out his limbs. Making sure to rub his arms and legs before looking for his friends. One was nearby, the one who was watching them spare earlier and Zats seemed to be practicing his spear again. “Hey we should get an early start hopefully get some food on the way too” Gird called out to Zats and the other goblin near the cave. “Zats, we can go to the meeting spot then go to the last place you saw your friend.” Gird walked out of the cave and towards the forest, his handy stick at his side. Gird would take some time to cover himself in a fresh layer of mud, once done he would wait for a little while to see if the other two were following then head out toward the tree. Where he hoped he would find his friend while keeping a look out for any potential food or danger.
