	The spiral of stairs leading up towards where Yzeira stood poised to strike down the universal fabric was cramped, and long. Jenso walked for several minutes before he reached a small gap, leading out onto the roof. The staircase was wet, slippery, and almost faded into the flattened plateau atop the tower. As he emerged, it became clear that it was [i]raining profusely.[/i] It looked as if an ocean storm had rolled in, either as a result of the disturbance above them, or on sheer coincidence. Either way, his footing would be precarious if he did not take care.
