It seems the UFO is taking more time to get to The Federation than was expected. Back at the Main Research Tower, A Martian steps into a teleporter and in a flash of green light, appears in a white room with a large circular table in the center. It has nothing holding it up and appears to be levitating. At the table is a single Martian, but not in the usual attire. (or lack of attire) It is covered entirely in a silver fabric, except for it's head, which is uncovered. 


[color=1a7b30]"The ship we sent has taken longer than expected to reach it's destination, I, and several others, request we send out another ship to establish contact with another nation."[/color]

The Martian at the table stares blankly for about 5 seconds, being almost entirely still except for the gentle writhing of it's tentacles. Then the silence is broken by it suddenly speaking.

[color=82ca9d]"Request accepted."[/color]

And with that, another group of 5 enters a UFO, and in almost the exact same fashion as before, takes off. This time it is heading towards Alfieq's Army. 


Meanwhile, with the ship heading to the Federation...

The UFO has slowed down dramatically, one minute it was passing the speed of a bullet train, but it was gradually getting slower. One of the data collectors onboard approaches one of the 2 pilots.

[color=39b54a]"Our ship was going at 425 MPH, but we have slowed down to 96 MPH, what is the reason for this?"[/color]

[color=598527]"I do not know, but it was not my doing. Ask the ship's engineer to check the fuel cells to see if there is any damage.[/color]

[color=39b54a]"Understood, but how could they be damaged?[/color]

[color=598527]"The escape of the specimens in cell 7721 caused massive damage to many parts of Mothership #25217, including the main landing bay. Minor damage could have been caused by the other specimens that escaped during the incident."[/color]

[color=39b54a]"Understood."[/color]

As the Martian goes to the ship's engineer, the UFO is about a third of the way before it arrives at the border of the Federation, but at rate in which the speed is dropping, it will still take a long time before it arrives.  
Thankfully, it won't take as nearly as long for the engineer to sort things out.
