As the hall filled, the figure seemed to try and press themselves further into the corner and make themselves as small we possible so that no one would notice their presence. Said figure was a young girl, called Amelia Averyonna, and she was among the many students who would be attending this school for the creatures of the night. Once the speech started, Amelia paid attention to the two headmasters of the school. She was familiar with them, since she had been dropped off a few days before the start of the school year. She hadn't really talked to the two unless it was needed, but both of them treated her well enough. The speech was filled with information she already knew: treat everyone as equals, no fighting outside of the training room, and an introduction of all the other teachers, who she also knew but not as well. Still, despite it being all information that she knew, she still obediently listened incase there was anything new she didn't know. Once everyone had been dismissed and began clearing out, Amelia stayed in her little corner, silently watching the other students leave. Once all, or at least most, of them had left, she slowly got up and headed out. She moved quickly through the halls, knowing her destination since she had been living it since she arrived. The moment she reached the door to her dorm, she quickly retreated inside, locking the door behind her. Sighing in relief, Amelia moved over to the living area and took a seat before looking over several papers that where strewn about. She looked among them before selecting one with several math problems on it. The papers were basically homework to help her catch up on the education she had been denied before Dmitri had saved her. After making sure she had all the papers she needed and a good pencil, she sat on the floor and got to work, taking her time to try and correctly answer the equations in front of her.
