[b]Background:[/b] Born in a slum-burrow in the heart of Huemac, Burrik spent most of his childhood alternating between stealing food from others and having food stolen from him. As soon as he was old enough to get work, his parents heaved him off to the nearest group willing to pay for his work: the Barber-Butcher's Guild. Hired on as a weapon-cleaner, rat-stomper, and percussionist for the guild's resident entertainers, Burrik learned a broad set of skills over several years. 
Eventually, Burrik had worked long and hard enough to be introduced to the secrets of the guild's master craftsmen. Proper usage of a cutting blade, for hair and muscle. The key weak points in a hard shell. Proper dislocation of joints for easiest removal of limbs. The creation of herbalistic shaving creams. Making smalltalk with someone while carefully guiding a sharp edge around their throat. How to play a Temminckl-sized greater lute, though that was more of a lesson from the guild entertainers than a secret of the guild's inner circle.
Now a master Barber-Butcher, Burrik was well-prepared to sell his crafts in numerous ways. Cutting hair, hacking apart corpses, hacking apart living things, and playing the greater lute for coins. Burrik set out into the wild unknown to ply his craft and make some coin.

[b]Personality:[/b] Burrik is loud, boisterous, and foolhardy. Burrik parties as hard as he fights, and plays as proudly as he works.

[*][i]Advanced Field Butchery[/i]: Using his long digging claws as cutting and prying tools, Burrik can hastily gut, cut, and dress any carcass he comes across. He can also tear off hunks of flesh and rip bony plates and shells off with similar ease.
[*][i]Greater Lute Playing[/i]: Burrik is a master of the Greater Lute, which is like a normal lute but unnecessarily large. The tunes the greater lute emits resonate pleasantly and mysteriously near Crystals and devices made using Crystals, amplifying their effects.
[*][i]Barbery[/i]: Burrik of course knows how to cut hair and hairlike substances.
[*][i]Digging Prowess[/i]: As a Temminckl, Burrik has a natural tendency towards digging in soft earth.

[*][i]Essential Cremes, Products, & Tonics[/i]: Meant primarily for exfoliating and refreshing the skin after a vigorous haircut, but they contain enough magic essences and beneficial herbs that they could be used as a surprisingly effective poultice.
[*][i]Portable Prybar[/i]: When neither knife nor claw are sturdy enough to pry something up, a sturdy prybar is needed. Very handy for butchering the many giant insects and reptiles of the underground.
