Today was simply going to be time to relax and perhaps have a little fun, it didn't sit right with her to be idle for too long. Sure she could have spent the day chatting with some new members of her guild, but she figured she would have plenty of time to do that. With a strong, fierce look in her eyes and a confidence in her step, she made sure that anyone in her way quickly moved out of it as she traversed the busy streets. All around her were potential targets for her pick-pocketing but she decided she was in too good a mood to bother with doing that at the moment. Even though the money was not technically real, Chari had never been able to go on a shopping spree before in her life. Money had always been tight growing up so she...Chari smacked both side of her cheeks. Bad Chari!. It was against her promise to herself to think about such things. Whoever she was in the real world didn't exist here, and that was final. The first stop in her day of shopping was one of the many clothing shops since she was really interested in looking like the female ninja she hoped to imitate. It took her a lot of searching through various shops until she found exactly what she was looking for. Once dressed in this black outfit accentuated with red, she was feeling more like a bad-ass.

She made sure that the quality of the outfit was good so it wouldn't get so messed up like the starter clothes. The kunoichi outfit was not the only clothes she bought, she also purchased a special dress for the upcoming festival that she would choose to surprise the rest of the guild with. She wondered if this was one of those festivals where it was common to ask someone else to attend it with you. Whatever the answer, Chari wasn't planning on going with anyone. The cloth armor had served its purpose but it was time to move on. The quality leather armor she acquired fit nicely over her sturdy new outfit, she even paid an extra fee to have the leather dyed a blend of black shades of varying intensity. They formed a faint pattern on the leather armor that appeared like the waves in ancient Japanese paintings. While on the way to the blacksmith to have her weapon repaired, a stranger approached her from behind. The moment she felt a hand on her shoulder, her instincts immediately kicked into gear. The poor guy barely got out "Hey-" before she grabbed a hold of his arm and flung his weight of her shoulder, landing him firmly on his back with a loud thud "You. don't. touch. me." Her voice was chilling as she spoke. If they had been outside the protected zone, she would have gladly broke his arm. "I-I just wanted to compliment y-your outfit, b-but you're a crazy bitch!" He sounded frightened as he ran off, hopefully that meant he wouldn't show up again. A low sigh came out of her breath as she watched him depart quickly with his group of idiot friends. Some habits and memories...are just not as easily forgotten as others she learned after coming into this game no matter how hard she tried. Now she was in a sour mood but that didn't mean her tasks were done for the day. The rest of her shopping went without any other incidents. Her kunai was repaired and she learned a good handful of actions from the trainers. By the time she finished up her day with buying a cloak, the day was nearly over. The morning sunshine forced itself through the window blinds, managing to perfectly snipe her eyes as sun rose. It may have been a mistake going to be completely sober because the nightmares came again, or rather a grotesque representation of reality would more accurate. Her right hand pounded down into the bed with all of her strength, a few tears dripping from already wet eyes. No matter how hard she tried...no matter what she did...that feeling, that memory...that pain won't go away. It was suffice to say that her night's rest was not that great. She had gotten used to repressing it most of the time but whenever someone laid a hand on her...it just brought all those unpleasant thoughts forward to the point she can't stand it. Everyday she finds herself asking the same question...when will it ever go away? Groggy from the poor rest, she got dressed in her new outfit and draped the cloak around her neck. It was soothing to know that while she was Chari, while she was in Talrae...she could focus on simply living life to the fullest and as long as people didn't know the real Chari, she could keep it that way. Mustering her fortitude, she walked out of her room and headed downstairs to see Xenos looking like he was waiting for someone. Chari made a detour to the bar and asked for coffee "Black please." She informed the barkeep of her preference. Her only hope was that it better be strong.
