It had been a rough night for everyone, and it was bound to be an even rougher day as he and the other Agents continued discussing just exactly what their future plan was going to be. That in itself was a difficult one, considering O.M.E.N had gone dark and they were the lead experts in what to do in this situation. Shielding the flame of his lighter from the wet sea mist roiling through the streets, Alec lit up his cigarette and took a long, calming drag. The meeting last night had been a sombre one, what with breaking the news of O.M.E.N'S demise to Jade, and the British Agent giving them even more bad news. First, their sole lead was extremely dead after having been present at Coventry, accompanied by a number of other dead folk. Secondly, she'd also discovered a supernatural canine that had more growing problems than Clifford. Although it was thankfully quite dead, Alec knew first-hand that Hel was capable of waving away that pesky problem and bringing back folk anyway. Maybe the rules were different for the supernatural, but whatever the case, Alec dreaded running into Hel and any more of her allies again, especially if they were the same size as Fenrir. Now all that Alec could think of was maybe tracking down the scientist's research and accommodation, in the hopes that it would shed some light on who she really was, why she was in Coventry, and what link she had with the Goddess of Death.
