Theren, ever indecisive after boldly getting himself almost killed not so long ago elects to remain where he is while Anchor has decided to head towards the keep. As he makes it to the dirt path leading out the Southern end of the town square, he can hear the sound of Marcon inside the building bearing the blue shield and lion. Galen, meanwhile, has his stick and is back at the town square where only two other party members are visible. Inside, Marcon hasn't managed to find anything terribly interesting besides his arrow and the corpse that was kindly carrying it for him. The inside seems to have been ransacked, with broken glass and pieces of furniture strewn about. Still, it seems clear that this is some sort of general store, so while there are few items of great value apparent, there are all manner of useful tools and implements that an adventurer might want that the goblins did not deem shiny enough to pillage. "So you mean to tell me only a couple little goblins took over a whole town all by themselves? Where the townsfolk at, you find their bodies or are they all up there in the keep?" The guard says to Tortetart, eyes narrowed in disbelief and suspicion. If one were to follow his gaze, one might note he was staring at the gates of the town again. The reason might be apparent- this town is no sparsely defended farming village. Moat, drawbridge and palisade all contribute to a substantial enough defense to potentially deter a hundred goblins or more. Heaving a sigh, the one guard who spoke turns to his silent companion. "Eh, no use just sitting out here I s'pose. Might as well get ourselves behind those walls before it gets too dark to see." Giving little more than a grunt of agreement, the other guard starts preparing the wagon. Clearly, the two don't want to leave all their things sitting out in the open while they head inside. [@Diablodil]
