I'm okay with my character knowing yours.  She wasn't particularly close to anyone but has some acquaintances and starts of friendship.  I've also had this idea that she is trying to get over her complex by trying to be more social and taking steps for that.  So if she has gotten closer to anyone it was probably in the last 3 months it.
