Alice nodded absently. Her green eyes watching the movements of the pencil on the sketch pad. Picking up the clothes she slipped into the bathroom, the door closing with a soft click behind her. A few minutes later, Alice emerged again. Picking at the jeans she frowned slightly. Not happy with the pants, but bearing with it. The tailor enjoyed her skirts and dresses. Another thing this life had stolen from her! But that uncharitable thought was cast aside as she peeked at Liza from under the black strands of hair. "Thank you." She whispered softly as she moved to stand next to the desk and watch the woman draw. Her jaw worked several more times before she talked again. "Work?" Her eyes widened slightly as she winced away from Liza. Surgeon. The word slid about her memories. The next words came out before she could help herself. "You're one too aren't you?" Of course she was, thought Alice, but the worming worry of Liam's words. Sitting back on the bed, she drew her knees up to her chest with a uncertain look. "Will you feed from me as well-?"
