Basically, your normal human character will suddenly wake up one morning with an ability related to the god/goddess who chose them. I intend to make a list of the gods to choose from and a related ability which can be revised if wanted by someone who wishes to be under that god. So lets say for Artemis, her chosen person would start being able to hear animals speak. Things like that. 

And I suppose I could allow one or two primordial deities, I wouldn't want too many though. They would need to have a reason for wanting to find Gaia since most of them have gone into retirement so to speak.
