The Culinarian

Domain: Culinary (Hunting)

Culinary: At its core, the art of preparation, cooking, and presentation of food. It broadly that which is related to the kitchen, cookery, and food in general. From the quest for ingredients to the serving of a banquet to the table manners required to differentiate it from just consumption.

Hunt: The pursuit (and killing) of wildlife for sport and food. 

Alignment: Neutral Good

Sou is not self-serving, to bring joy to others is to bring joy to oneself, and they care for the well-being of mortals, to an extent. Sou believes there is a proper way to do things, table etiquette is what separates a person from a wolf, however, Sou has little issue taking a deviation from what is proper if it becomes an anchor to their objective.

Personality

Sou is cheerful and easygoing, but when they are cooking, the deity turns into a focused and demanding being. The deity has a distaste for piggish people and lack of manners, they also greatly favors the industrious over the lazy.

Ever adventurous, the deity has a passion for the mortal world and often takes oddly mundane paths to actions that could be easily solved by divine work. 

Description

The universe exists to be savored, and consumed that much is clear. Mindless consumption is always an option, but Sou is above such low destructive actions and poor tastes. No, Sou believes in savoring the best, in preparing it with care, in hunting for the best ingredients, in discovering new techniques and new flavors. All with great discretion and grace, making sure there is a tomorrow with new experiences to discover.

Appearance

In truth, Sou is an entity, the sort of bodyless thing that hides in the nooks and cranny of existence. Ever since they decided to turn its life around, they took a humanoid-ish genderless form, typically lean, sometimes with many arms. Sou is not attached to that shape, it is just what is more comfortable, and can quickly change into everything from an old woman to a young boy.
