The demon turns even though Raphael was still facing forward. It parries the strike with the metal shackles about its wrists before counter attacking with a powerful backhand strike. The attack was infused with dark energy, the effect being one of a vitality draining spell. Raphael turns to fire a stream of dark energy from his hands.

"Don't flatter yourself," Raphael spoke in a distorted voice. "You have hundreds of years of training, I have millennia worth of knowledge, and how to use it."
