Rushing into the restaurant, his eyes scattered between person to person until he finally spotted Riley who seemed a little preoccupied. He approached slowly -- the closer he got, the more he could make out the words she mumbled under her breath. Lucas spoke out with a confused expression, "Riley?" She was unresponsive, and he couldn't see where her eyes were looking due to her sunglasses. At first, it seemed as if she had one of those bluetooth headsets that all busy people have, but she lacked any form of body movement. He sat down across from her and leaned in closer, repeating himself, "Riley? Yoohoo! Is this a bad time? I -- I just really want to talk about what happened earlier and I --." Everything he was saying, she would just talk right over. Lucas narrowed his eyes in confusion, reaching in to try and remove her sunglasses to see what her eyes looked like in this strange moment. Questions upon questions kept piling up, and Lana just wanted to give the girl a proper interrogation. Lana looked to her, "You speak as if you're real, but I'm not even sure if you're just something that I'm hallucinating. It wouldn't be of much surprise given everything else happening." At first, Lana was careful about opening up to the girl in case she meant bad news, but at this point, any answer was better than nothing -- whether or not she was relaying the wrong information to the wrong person. Lana continued confidently and sternly, "First I'm sick for several months with some sort of illness that no doctor has ever seen before. Thinking that I'm lying on my death bed, I magically get better only to discover that my life has turned into some peculiar mess. First I'm manipulating the water that falls from the sky and now I'm seeing people that aren't actually here -- help me add anything weirder if you haven't already thought of something."
