Though she’s in her final years of college, she interns at her mother’s company. She doesn’t work under her mother directly, though she does receive reports and assignments from her mother from time to time. When she’s not at her internship, Eva has taken an under-the-table job at The Edge bartending. College keeps her pretty busy too, so it’s not surprising that she doesn’t do it often.

[sup]"Success is most often achieved by those who don't know that failure is inevitable." — Coco Chanel[/sup]

or custom divider Appearance

-5'5 -128lbs -Dirty Blonde Hair -Hazel Eyes -Slim Of all her siblings and even her parents, Eva probably has the most casual styles. Even though her family is plenty wealthy and she could afford all the best outfits money could buy, she's just not the kind of woman who would take the time to waste money on things she wouldn't wear more than once. Plus, to her, comfort comes over style. Now, with that being said, Eva isn't about looking tacky. For better or worse, she is a Zima and most importantly, she's a beauty major. That comes with a certain sense of self-expectations. Her standards for herself demand she dress — and look — stylish while keeping to her simplistic tastes. A light touch of makeup and clothes that do well for her body frame. She has a closet full of various shirts and jeans, jackets and sweaters, heels and shoes. Basically, everything one would need to look cute, she has it. As for her accessories, she believes in a modest approach to accessories. Sure, she loves to accessorize, but Eva doesn't like to overdo it. She has plenty of pairs of earrings, bracelets, and other such items that complete her look. Beyond that, she does wear a necklace her grandmother, Angela, gave her. It is a simple, silver necklace with the cross of Jesus Christ. She's had it ever since she was a little girl and thought it wouldn't sell for a high price anywhere, it hold so much sentimental value because it's a reminder that, despite her family's criminal reputation, one could still be good if they truly wish to.
Personality

Sweet
Bashful
Confident
Borderline arrogant
Very girl next door-ish
Immature and Naive
There's always something so interesting when one describes a crime boss' daughter. What do they expect when they think of her? Do they assume she's bad news too? Maybe she's nothing like him and she's just a victim of assumptions. Everything you could think about her has already been said about Evangeline Zima. The real truth about her, however, is something just so much simpler than what you're probably thinking right now. As it turns out, she is more like her mother, Natasha, rather than her alleged criminal father, Dmitri. On the surface, you see something genuine. A sweetness untainted by her family's reputation, yet in her hazel eyes, the glimmer of a darkness resides, though nothing like her father's. If anything, she has a drive that could put Eva's good girl visage to the test. Will she keep her morals and go about business like nobody expects her to? Or use underhanded tactics like both her parents have? There's always that struggle to maintain her independence. Eva is an idealist and tends to think more like a dreamer rather than a practical, businesswoman she's claimed she wants to be. Even now, as she has gone through most of her years in college, she has never struck anyone as the type to learn from her mistakes. She tends to believe in people who either don't deserve her belief or gives them more chances to walk all over her rather than standing up for herself. As a person, she hasn't worked much on standing her ground. She doesn't speak her mind when it really counts. Her ideas often go ignored because when she's denied, that's usually the end of it. She's also an overthinker, someone who lets some of the littlest things bother her while not actually confronting those who are the source of this. It's not like she's incapable of doing just that, but when she considers all avenues and allows her own mind to work against her, she ends up in a worse mental state than she was before the self-doubt occurred int he first place.
Upbringing

Whether it was in Moscow or Salem, growing up as Dmitiri Zima’s child always came with its pros and cons. Of course, the wealth and only the highest quality of living were available to every child of Dmitri and Natalia Zima, there was also a drawback of there being constant rumors of the famed Zima Family being involved in criminal activity. Though never proven by any law enforcement agencies, it had cast a shadow of uncertainty. This was the case when they left Moscow for other business ventures in the United States of America, specifically a growing, bustling city-like town of Salem, Illinois. There, the rumors kept on swirling and swirling like cotton candy. As their roots were planted in Salem’s rich soil, Eva grew up relatively ignorant. The rumors that were once surrounding the Zima family had come and gone. At times, whispers resurfaced about Dmitri’s business practices and how he was sneaking money from his investors, but Eva had tuned that out. It wasn’t she didn’t believe it, but after a while, she chose to ignore that side of her father. In her eyes, he was just daddy to her. Besides, the number of times the rumors came up, it hardly seemed to be worth the effort. She just lived her life, going to high school as a normal high school girl in Salem. While that side of her life was obviously normal, the way her homelife unraveled was another story. She had many siblings and each had their strengths and weaknesses. None had more of an impact on her like her eldest sister, Kat. She is, by every right, a beacon of what a father wanted in his daughter: strong, confident, and ambitious. And in this case, it was the daughter that ended up being the most like him. Though she was happy her father had someone to mold (lord knew her brothers weren’t exactly like that) into his image, Eva felt somewhat insignificant to her sister. It was as though Kat was created to fit their father and Eva was the same for their mother, but somehow the confidence was left out for Eva. you see, though Eva has interest in going into the cosmetic industry, which was evident when she announced her majors for Salem University, she lacked a certain drive that one looks in someone else who might want to take over an entire cosmetics line, such as the one that Fairy Queen Cosmetics specializes in. And therein lays the problem. It also produces the story of Evangeline Sofia’s life. She is every bit the young woman her mother was when she was her age: beautiful, taking initiative, but the one thing that she seemed to be lacking was the confidence. Whether this was because she had been overshadowed by Kat or something different entirely, it cannot be denied that Eva is not the ideal candidate to take over Fairy Queen. And yet, she aims to prove everyone wrong. But how? That is the million-dollar question that Eva will spend her life trying to figure the answer to and hopefully, with a bit of luck, make her parents proud of her.
Misc

Eva lives at the Zima Mansion on 13201 Glen Oaks.
