It's pretty, much what happened in this RP :lol Gods did their whole making the Codex and laws and whatnot, but it was really Fate and Amul who did the creating itself.

But yeah, maybe that way of doing things is a bit vague and inflexible ^^' long-winded and confusing as well, as Capy pointed out
