[i]Klara's moveset feels a little lacking, so she's getting some new and expanded specials to help her shine a little brighter![/i]

-Ice Blast no longer restricted to one shape.

-New Special Move, [b]Permafrost Punchers[/b]: Klara can create ice gauntlets on her hands for extra punching power and extend swords made of ice from them in case more reach and cutting power are needed. The blades are sharp but fragile, and the gauntlets and swords can be fired off similarly to an Ice Blast
