The Human Tribes Resourceful and headstrong, the Humans have always been a persistent force in Pandora. Surviving the harsh wilds against all odds, the humans possess a form of comradery unique to the other races. It was this kinship with their fellow man that forged the alliance between Pandora and Fiore, allowing for the First King Nuhr to unite his people and raise the Humans to never before seen heights in Pandora. Quite literally. Before the time of the Librarium, Nuhr’s tribe were worshippers of Alexandria, the Goddess of Love and Lady of the Soils. The Dragon Kingdom The Dragons of Pandora differ from their Fioran counterparts. While they are considered a weaker species, their might in the Pandoran wilds is no small achievement. A reclusive race, the Dragon’s had their home in the mountains. They ventured to the world below to hunt and gather, but otherwise kept to themselves. They had good relations with the Lizardmen and would often battle at their side. The Dragon’s worshipped Malkuth, the God of Skies and King of the Heavens. The mightiest of the pantheon; a true testament to the dominance once held by the Dragons. The Faefolk Pandora’s most elusive and enigmatic race. There is little known of the Fae or their origins. The strange creatures bare no resemblances to one another, completely unique in their own ways. The Fae hold claim over little land, existing on Ethereal planes outside of time and space. When they do venture into this realm, the waypoints they use become charged with Ethernano. Many who stumble upon area in which the Fae have decided to dwell are often wracked with otherworldly experiences beyond their comprehension. It is not uncommon for them to show signs of amnesia and paranoia after an encounter with the Faefolk. Scholars have discerned from ancient ruins, discovered at the locations of common waypoints, that the Fae hold a figure they coin Yesod as their deity. Described as the God of Time and Lord of Ruin. The mysterious nature of the Faefolk make it difficult to discern whether or not this being is a creature of old mythology or an authority figure from the Fae Realm. The Undine Settlements The Undine, while not native to Pandora, are a sea dwelling race who once established small fishing hamlets along the coast. The Undine, lacking in brute strength and numbers, survived by their cunning. Their villages were merely places for them to establish trades with the natives, with their real homes being constructed beneath the waves. Whenever they came under threat by Pandora’s many predators, they simply retreated into the ocean where they would remain safe. The Hierarchical Realms rarely host Undine, as they are not evolved to live too far from the water. Despite this, the Undine still maintain good relations with the Librarium and are happy to trade with them. The Undine who settled in Pandora worship Ul, the Goddess of Storms and Lady of the Maelstrom. The Lost Empire of the Giants The upheaval of Pandora during Juno’s Ascensions revealed a network of ancient tunnels far beneath the surface of the Wildlands. In these tunnels, the remnants of a now extinct race were found. Colossal creatures who dwelled underground in what appeared to be a highly sophisticated society, the fall of the Giants is one of the largest mysteries of the Librarium. Library Hunters and Archaeologists frequent the tombs, but their progress is slow given the sheer number of predators that now lurk there as well as the slew of traps set up in the great labyrinth. What they have been able to discern, is that the Giants once worshipped a deity named Qarn, God of Fire and a Lord of War. However, all the statues and temples forged to him have since shown signs of desecration. For unknown reasons, the Giants forsook their God.
I will find a place for all this stuff, I swear. Right now I'm just sort of dumping it here for you guys to read at your leisure.
