 It depends on which phobi-ability you use. Something like arachnophobia can change your appearance, and something like pyrophobia can grant your character fire-based powers. Really, it's up to the player's interpretation of the phobia, either way.

 Also 'P.H.O.B.I.A.' doesnt really mean anything, just flavor text.
