I have added/adjusted rules and such so it will be worth giving them the once over. Feel free to critique what is there or give suggestions, i'm always open to ideas.

Also I have posted my characters CS in the OOC post as an example of expectations on what to put in each part of the CS. It doesn't need to be much more than what i've put but feel free to do so if you wish. As for my Pokemon choice, If anyone else wants to claim Axew that's perfectly fine, I do totally understand that the lil' guy may be a temptation for some of you.
