[@ShwiggityShwah] not a stupid question at all. It is a different subject when you think of trying to make game mechanics practical. As for actually buffing, I kinda did it with Gwen doing that fatigue cure on Octavia. I don't know about buffing before combat as I don't know where you want to go with it. Strength and speed should probably be a surfing combat effect but other things could be done before combat. (Buff all characters with +3 int!)
