This is much better! Ending things by allowing them stop doing what they do to stay alive.

I'll accept it, but do keep in mind that there still isn't much of an example of how or why or when it might use these powers, so please either provide an example of some kind in the goals section, or, if it doesn't or doesn't know how to apply its powers to its goal, state that.
