Quinn was worried she would have to leave an awkward message on their answering machine and she knew there were kids in the family. She didn't want to alert them first, in case they got to the machine before their mother. However, her worries were satiated when she heard the voice on the phone. The woman sounded tired and she could hear arguments in the background that could only come from children. This led her to believe she found the right person.

We will process them and return them to you as quickly as possible. If you don't mind, can I ask you a few questions? I can do so in person if that makes it easier."[/color] She knew the woman had children to handle and she was just given horrible news. She wanted to make it as easy as possible.
