[@Altered Tundra] I suppose the Ultra-level Digimon (Super Ultimates) are a no-go. Besides them I'm fine with whatever. 'Long as it makes sense you can have all the forms of Dracomon, just don't have Examon popping out of nowhere for no reason lol. As for age groups I suppose (14-19) will do. 

[@Crimson Flame] You can have Salamon. And your characters can literally be from anywhere. Mr. M opened the contest up to the entire world. 

[@SleepingSilence] You don't have to be Rookies at the start. My character has been there for a year and is still stuck at the In-Training level lol.

[@Riegal] Go for it. Fujinmon looks so similar to Rapidmon that its believable so why not.
