When Dante was initially brought to this place that would be later revealed something called the Digital World, his first thoughts that he’d get to do some sort of adventuring that he saw on television and had seen in comic books. His mind was brimming with the possibility of finally taking his own steps into living his life and finding out what exactly it was he wanted to get out of it. The prospect of actually doing what he wanted and not what his parents wanted for him filled his teenaged body with so much hope. And then, as he was finally given more information outside of what was initially told to him and the others, it was not what was promised. The promises were quite misleading and, as it went with everything in his life, Dante was forced to sit inside a classroom and take in more lectures. If he wanted to go through that hell, he would’ve stayed home and lived out the boring life there. At least he’d have the benefit of his parents’ expansive villa, not some crammy, cluttered classroom. What was worse was how the lecture seemed to be going on foreeever. Still, it had at least one pro. Dante looked at the..digimon that was on his desk. It was a small little fellow. This one had a yellow and white body with a steel horn that curved like a snake tooth. It had two big eyes and, as Dante would soon find out, was quite the opinionated little Digimon. After the class would end, Dante let out a rather loud sigh, taking not only his digimon in one arm - under his arm, specifically - he took his bag and the pamphlet that was given him and the others. There wasn’t much they had to go off of. The only thing that was really said was not ot let the digimon eat the booklets and to treat them with care. They were friends, blah, blah, blah. “Hands off my booklet, you hear me, Leo?” Dante warned him. “Oh but it looks so tasty. It’s gotta be better than smelling your armpit.” Leo retorted, snarking his way closer to Dante’s impatient zone. “I could put you in my bag if it suits you better.” He warned Leo. Their egos already have been clashing even after just meeting not long ago. The Tunomon gave Dante a chuckle. At this point, Dante wasn’t paying much attention to him. Instead, he just paid more attention to where they were heading. The instructor said they were expected to know the way, so Dante had to make sure he knew which turns to take and when to go straight. As he did, he noticed the other three he was in the company of. One girl and two boys. "They're not dogs, so I reckon chocolate isn't out of the question." Dante said, commenting to the one who was the first to ask, "well, at least mine's not...you aren't, are you?" "Do I look like some mut?" Guess that's a no.
