This one's entirely up to you. Going off the Divinus precedent, we could say that divinely created stuff has a kind of 'tag' or 'scent' that vaguely indicates its creator, so maybe that has information about the name as well, especially if the creating god announced it (maybe there's an echo).

Gods can try to be sneaky and erase their trail, of course. We just haven't seen much of it yet.
