[b][u]Personality[/u][/b]
Michi is a relaxed person who just enjoys finding new adventures to test his limits. He is a generally friendly person who likes to let his actions speak for him more than his words. He joined Guàiwù guówáng because of his sense of adventure and knew that if he joined the group he would be able to see other parts of the world. Michi wants his actions to stand out above others as he makes a name for himself as a great monster killer.
[b][u]History[/u][/b]
Michi was born on a small poor island in the Dragon Sea constantly a hot bed for monster activity meaning that the only income that came to the island was from groups of Divers that came to the island with missions to kill monsters. At a young age, Michi showed interest in the various groups of Divers that showed up on the island as he saw them as a way to get off the island and into a better life for himself. When he turned twelve, he joined a group of divers called Guàiwù guówáng (Monster Kings) made up of strong combat Divers from across the Dragon Sea that specialized in fighting the monsters. 

The group took Michi under their wing as an apprentice who had to do all the grunt work for the group for several years before they even approved of him being an official member Guàiwù guówáng. The group had many aether users but there were a few of those that did not have the gift of aether like Michi himself and those showed him how to use aether weapons without aether in his own body. On his twentieth, he was presented with his own weapon by Tao Cheung the Weapon Master of Guàiwù guówáng. 

Michi Watanabe stayed with the Divers for another few years before deciding that it was time for him to move on. He wanted to build up his own fame outside of Guàiwù guówáng as a powerful monster killer who could join any Diver group and prove his worth. He eventually wanted to return to the Dragon Sea as a famous Diver and settle into a comfortable life within Xian, maybe even get his own island or large ship to live on.

[b][u]Gear[/u][/b]
[i]Sun Splitter[/i]: An aether weapon forged by the Weapon master of Guàiwù guówáng to allow aether to be channeled into the blade as a sort of second skin of wind to the metal. This gives the blade a sharper edge than what can be made with just metal alone. The blade was forged in an ancient fashion in what was once called a katana allowing it speed in swinging the blade.

Monster Bait: a mixture of Michi’s own concoction that is able to attract monsters. It is a sort of dry chum that can act as a distraction for monsters.
