[@Superboy] same as guy with your character.  As things break hell be working with your staff and crew.  Again, Sullivan's a hothead who doesn't follow orders of he knows a better way.  Again though, off hours hed pretty social and would talk with anyone over a drink.  so having that work dynamic might be fun
